Sorry, still hard to say for certain. It could be O. quadripunctatus - my guess would be O. forbesi. But the young of these and O. argentinus look so similar, it's hard to tell them apart sometimes even as adults.

Range maps would show only O. quadripunctatus in Maine, but given that tree crickets oviposit in plant stems, and with so much interstate movement of plants, I generally don't exclude species only from range.
