Gray Renia
This moth is certainly not Bleptina. I agree with Steve that it best fits Renia discoloralis, although I am not sure that I have ever seen one so gray.

I think this may be R. discoloralis but am unsure how to eliminate similar species in the genus. Bent-winged does not have palps extend forward with terminal segment much shorter than the second. If you sent this to Hugh and he disagrees go ahead and move it back.
