Stictole*ptura canadensis?
please compare notes with the similar coloured specimen there.
On the other hand, gaping elytra of this individual point to Brachyleptura rubrica.

I have had this same bug in my collection for a while...it's hard to find an Identification guide with enough Longhorns in it...now at least I know a bit more about it...

Longhorned beetle.
This is a flower longhorn beetle in the subfamily Lepturinae. Should be fairly easy to ID, but I don't have a reference book handy:-(
