Halictid bee
Looks like a female halictid bee, probably a species of Agapostemon.

Yes, looks right
Florida Bees leads me to think it might be Agapostemon splendens, but I will do some further digging to confirm. Thanks as always, Bee (sorry, Bug) Eric :)
