Pretty Syrphid - Toxomerus marginatus
Near Ruraldale, Upshur County, West Virginia, USA

Toxomerus marginatus? I got the genus by the yellow line around the thorax, the species by the way the abdomen is margined in yellow rather than alternating black and yellow. ID confirmation or correction appreciated.
