Size: 3mm
A bunch of these wasps emerged from the Owlfly I was keeping. It looks like one of the Chalcids.

ID confirmed from specimen
This is Hockeria bicolor Halstead, 1990. Listed from as close as New York in Halstead's description. Could be a new state record.

Chalcididae…
Nice. Will try to narrow down further. The genus Hockeria is known to parasitize owlfly larvae.

Hockeria bicolor Halstead
seems to be most likely here based on coloration and host; H. eriensis also parasitizes antlion larvae. Save and I can confirm from specimen.
