Not a mycetophilid, but a ker
Not a mycetophilid, but a keroplatid -- probably Platyura sp.

Some common names:
Keroplatidae -- Predatory fungus gnats
Mycetophilidae -- Fungus gnats
Sciaridae -- Black fungus gnats

That's odd. I had put Fungus Gnat down as common name, but wrong scientific family choices.
