Several specimens seen nectaring on Hydrangea quercifolia (Oakleaf Hydrangea) and Aesculus parvilfora (Bottlebrush Buckeye).

Eight-spotted Forester Moth - Hodges #9314

A day-flier, I've only seen two Eight-spotted Foresters come to lights at night.
