Found on Mirabilis longiflora.
Elevation 5,600. ft.
Oak-Juniper Woodland.

Neoheliodines arizonense
I believe this is Neoheliodines arizonense based on the description, range, photo, and host plant association as presented in
Yu-Feng Hsu and Jerry A. Powell (November 1, 2004) Phylogenetic Relationships within Heliodinidae and Systematics of Moths Formerly Assigned to Heliodines Stainton (Lepidoptera: Yponomeutoidea).
