Looks good
That ID looks good to me, a female with the pale median band on the abdomen, flanked by darker bands. Scutellum the same color as the dorsal surface of the thorax. Not quite as sure about "the eyes have three green bands," but overall I think it likely adds up to a match.

Eye pattern
is critical for species ID in the striped-horsefly complex of species. The single purplish band in this specimen absolutely rules it out as being
lineola
. It is a female
