Size: 13-15 mm
This specimen (13-15 mm) appears to have be a nymph of some type.

ID uncertain
This is a wonderful and curious photo, but ID is perplexing. The wing veins nor genitalia can be seen well. The yellow and black banding on the left pro-and mesothoracic femora and tibiae are strange. So are the whitish pleural membranes of the abdomen. The metathoracic right tarsus is also missing.
