Orchelimum female.
You don't give the size, which is actually a big help with most of these kinds of meadow katydids, but the 'curved' ovipositor pretty much identifies this as a female Orchelimum species.

I know it has been a long time since anyone has replied to this but I was looking through backlogged things. Definitley Orchelimum erythrocephalum.
