These two look the same to me, but Bugguide has them as two taxa.

 
Interesting
I think this is actually a Caloptilia undescribed. Notice the center white stripe extends further from the inner margin than the Acrocercops. See Bob Patterson's ID on Acrocercops unnamed. Maury created the guide page. This will likely be cleared up soon, as the BP said the Acrocercops was supposed named at the recent lep conference.
