Wasp ID? - Tachytes grisselli - Male
Boca Raton FAU CAMPUS, Palm Beach County, Florida, USA
July 12, 2012
Eyes are not parallel, they are closer together on top and further apart at the bottom. The antenna are attached around 1/2 way down or a little bit further maybe 2/3. The ocelli are located on the front of the wasps face about 4/5ths up instead of on top of the face.

Male
Note, he has clear wings, antennae with orange coloring on the scapes and the first few flagellum segments are modified. (thick and convex shaped on the ventral side) As far as I know, this species is found only in Florida. -- 11 flagellomeres and 7 abdominal segment = ♂
This looks like a male Tachytes grisselli. (Florida range)
