Size: Smal several mm
meteorus sp. maybe? the wings have pterostigmata one tiny colored cell near the outside edge

Tiphiidae: Brachycistidinae: Brachycistis sp., male
Possibly B. indiscreta based on size, coloration and location.

braconid
the pterostigmata on the wing as well as the simple/lack of veination towards the back of the wing points toward braconid family. if anyone can narrow it down any more that would be helpful. thanks

Aculeate is a very general identification. I know it is a wasp, I would like to know the family at least and at best genus and species.

thank you looks like Brachycistidinae, i counted the segments on the antenna definitely less then 16
