Psyllobora vigintimaculata

Psyllobora vigintimaculata
Western shore of Whidbey Island to the north of Mutiny Bay atop a bluff, Island County, Washington, USA
June 24, 2006
Size: ~3 mm
Not the best shot, but it adds to what is under this category and is comparable to what is already there. It can be frassed when better shots come along.

Can anyone validate this ID?

twenty spotted, +/- a few
P. vigintimaculata looks right to me. I keyed through Gordon's (1) reference, and given your locality, and the lady's markings, your ID seems the only plausible result.

Please don't frass! This is one of the best P. v. shots we've got. Just move to spec Guide page.

Thanks
Thank you Tim. I appreciate the ID and have bookmarked the reference.
