Scarab? Cyclocephala? - Cyclocephala hirta

Scarab? Cyclocephala? - Cyclocephala hirta
Springdale, Washington County, Utah, USA
August 11, 2012
Size: 10 mm
Attracted to lights at night. If I'm right about genus (probably not), this one was a paler lemon yellow in color compared to the orange individuals I've found in California.

Moved
Moved from Masked Chafers. Moving here tentatively - I checked and unfortunately I don't have any more photos of this beetle to show the antennae better...

probably C. hirta
a basal bead is apparent (more or less) in one of the photo's, which would make that C. hirta in that collecting area.

Moved
Moved from Beetles.

Yes, Cyclocephala sp.
Not sure what species are in that area.
