Pandivirilia
This is female of Pandivirilia, as Steve Gaimari pointed out to me. After checking the key for this genus the most likely species is P. albifrons. Very nice pictures!

Thanks Martin,
I appreciate it:)

Hairy, tapering
The hairiness and tapering abdomen are consistent with the Stiletto Fly family.

Other angles of photo would be helpful too.

If the fly was hollowed out between the eyes it is likely a Robber Fly. If not, Stiletto may be a good ID. Your photo seems to show some bulging out area beyond the eye, suggesting it is not a Robber.

It doesn't look as "bearded" as the typical Robber, but it certainly has hair on the face.

I didn't think it was a Robber either...
But I added the only other angle that I got before it flew off...see if it helps:)
