Size: 12-15 mm
This appears to be a toothpick grasshopper nymph, perhaps Achurum carinatum. Comments welcome.

Hi, Looks to me like you've got it. I can't think of anything else it could possibly be. Nice photo; they're so cute when they're little like this.
