Female - Tachytes sp.
Bob, this is another female, very much like the one that you submitted the previous year: (placed by Dr. Ascher) 6 abdominal segments = ♀
Genus = Tachytes: ♀ I think that they are both Tachytes amazonus, with the clear wings, red abdominal segments, dark pygidial plate and black femora. Nice shots!
