cercopid in nest with exuvium - Prosapia bicincta

I'm guessing Prosapia bicincta, two lined spittlebug http://bugguide.net/node/view/517, but figured that I should run it by people first. When my son Lukas opened this up, I expected to find a larva. I've never found a newly-eclosed adult in one before.
