A different specimen from a different location, but sure looks like the Dot-lined Wave - Idaea tacturata, as in Troy Bartlett's #684702

The experts apparently being on vacation or tired or just overwhelmed by all the posts, the apprentices may have to take over: Idaea tacturata is what I would say.
