The head is much narrower than the thorax, and the wing tips are rounded.

I think it's Anormenis chloris (I just had one IDed here that looks like that.)

The tail more "upturned"
It is Fulgoroidea but the tail is much more" upturned" than Anormenis chloris. I think you're safe going with Dr. Hamilton's ID.
