Walking Stick - Parabacillus hesperus

Walking Stick - Parabacillus hesperus
Near Skunk Hollow Vernal Pool, Riverside, CA County, California, USA
June 12, 2006
I found this walking on me when I was doing vegetation work in a disturbed non-native grassland that is next to sage scrub.

Parabacillus hesperus.
Looks to be a western shorthorned walkingstick. Nice find.
