Interesting bee
I think it's an
Andrena
(or at least in the family Andrenidae) because of the facial hair and its appearance of carrying pollen on the edges of the propodeum--but the venation of the marginal cells of the forewing are atypical for
Andrena
...
So I will wait for Dr. Ascher to comment on this.
