Cricket with yellow markings - Hapithus agitator - male

Cricket with yellow markings - Hapithus agitator - Male
Springfield, Virginia, USA
September 9, 2004
Some type of cricket with bright yellow on the edge of its wings. Any help identifying is appreciated.

I've seen this one
Singing Insects of North America- Restless Bush Cricket: Hapithus agitator
And after visiting that site I can say I've heard it as well :)

I knew I had seen it

Looks like yours is a male and mine is a female. I'll try to throw together a guide page.

Thanks, Troy!
