Looks Like 8771 -- Penitent Underwing Moth -- Catocala piatrix
....always best to get 2nd and 3rd opinions on these.

 
I took a liberty
and copied the moth and lightened it up a bit so I could see the lines better. While not an expert on underwing moths, I do agree with Mr. Patterson -- Penitent Underwing, Catocala piatrix.
