Dichromorpha viridis nymph
I think this is correct. Two other similar species with parallel sides to the top of the pronotum are Amblytropidia mysteca, which has a wider fastigium and the pronotum cut closer to the middle, and Opiea obscura, which has thicker antennae as a nymph and different markings on the back of the head. This one is in it's 4th (next to last) instar.
