I have reared this spp. to ad
I have reared this spp. to adulthood, because my guess(wrongly) was that it was a Sphingidae because of the tubercle on the back dorsal end, but not so, just some ugly drab moth. Wish I could ID it for you. If I can find it (I pinned it), I,ll post it. If you rear it, feed it goldenrod and provide some soil at the bottom of the container. It will bury itself to pupate. Beautifully colored aren't they!
