Tachypompilus unicolor - Female

Size: 20 mm
This specimen was identified and made available to my by Will Ericson. This species is different in many respects to the widely distributed T. ferrugineus. The front of this specimen is very wide and the color was much more uniform. See accompanying diagnostic photo.
