South Carolina to Florida, west to Texas

Remarks

The UK site named "Butterflies and Moths of the World" indicates that both Leptosteges and Patissa contain a single species (i.e. the type-species designation was by monotypy), which is at odds with other sources indicating that both genera contain multiple species.
