Braconid Wasp - Female

I believe this may be a type of chalcid wasp, but am not really sure. It was very tiny and the blue that can be seen at the back of the wings was pretty clearly blue as it moved around. I was only able to capture one shot. It was on a raspberry leaf when this was taken.

Most likely subfamily Microgasterinae.
