The 14-spotted lady beetle. I'm using the easy version of the scientific name!

The most important ID feature seen here is the small, pointed extension to the last abdominal segment - I think that's pretty unique to the species. Plus, it has the white leg joints and overall pattern of P. 14-punctata.
