group of butterflies found in a large garden along the Fraser river after the water retreated following a brief flooding, I believe them to be Canadian Tiger Swallowtails - Papilio canadensis

Based on location, yes these would be Canadian Tigers
It's interesting though that some of them (second photo shows a couple well) have very reduced orange coloring below, which makes them look a lot like P. rutulus. Personally I think the two "species" blend near the international boundary, and with some individuals considerably south and north of the border looking rather like the "wrong" species. Other people thing they are totally different things.
