Found this on my shoulder as I was cutting my lawn. Not a bee & the yellow marking are only on it's side & underbellt, not under its wings

Pamphiliidae
Acantholyda circumcincta (Klug). The additional pictures are very helpful. A rather rare species that occurs from about NY south to FL. We have only about 7 specimens in the collection. Not much is know about it, but larvae probably feed in webs on pines.
