Size: 1cm
i know this is a Draeculacephala spp but was unsure which one since there are a couple that look alike.

Draeculacephala
Probably D. zeae, which is the most common one in your area. The size you give (10 mm) is right for a female that species, but too small for a male of Draeculacephala robinsoni (which has a similar head shape and coloration).
