Epeorus albertae
Having struggled to identify this mayfly (with a reasonable degree of confidence) beyond being a male imago of family Heptageniidae, I sought the assistance of Lloyd Gonzales, who graciously responded with the following comment:

"The contiguous eyes, dark maculae on the femora, darkened humeral vein, and 1st and 2nd tarsal segments that appear to be subequal indicate that this is Epeorus. Of the known species, it would seem most likely that this is a pale (or perhaps somewhat teneral) version of E. albertae."
