Xestocephalus similis
I'll say this one's small! It is very hard to get a good shot of something only about 2-3 mm long, and fast besides. The mottled coloring is distinctive. This particular species bas a pale spot at the base of the cell at the very tip of the wing, which distinguishes it from the more common X. superbus.

All these insects are "ant guests", living in ant nests where they feed on roots.
