Megarhyssa atrata - Female
Bluff Spring Fen, Cook County, Illinois, USA

Size: 4.5 to 6 cm
This guy was huge. The ovipositor was almost 10 cms long! I believe it is a Megarhyssa atrata. Looking for confirmation
