Scoliid...
I'm quite certain this wasp is in the genus Campsomeris. I'm not familiar with the individual species, however, so hopefully somebody else will know that (much like the situation with the wasp you photoed previously). I should check to see who has done a revision on these bugs and get my hands on it so I can be of more help next time.
