Slug Caterpillar Moth? - Lithacodes
Montrose, Laurens County, Georgia, USA
July 1, 2012
Size: 9 mm overall length
Found on back porch in the pre-dawn. This type seems prolific enough, but they are quite skittish and difficult to photograph. They are most common deep into the summer and don't appear to have more than one life cycle as I have never seen any at other times.
