Size: 1mm
Young female scale insect, found on Asplenium sp. fern (in green house). Armoured brown females also present. Mature and immature females both fimbriate. I think Coccus hesperidium, but I'm unsure.

This may be a small Saissetia
This may be a small Saissetia, another genus of soft scales. S. coffeae is known from Asplenium. You can send me sa mple to identify if you'd like.

Hmm, does look a great deal like S. coffeae too. I'm actually not sure how one would go about shipping scale insects (across the border).
