Thanks, I was kind of surprise that MPG had only the one and wasn't totally positive I IDed it okay.

 
Quite distinctive
I am usually hesitant about placing something for the first time, particularly a moth I hadn't seen before. Lacking anything other than a cursive description, I compared line-for-line, spot-for-spot. There's no doubt about it, your specimen could be superimposed over the MPG specimen.
