Somehow
I was able to change this image to one I just completed of the specimen. Based on the specimens I have seen of
Aclypea
and the known distributions, and poking around with this specimen, it has to be
Aclypea bituberosa

Would like to see
an image of the labrum....Here is the Anderson and Peck reference (http://www.esc-sec.ca/aafcmonographs/insects_and_arachnids_part_13.pdf) for distributions...Were there more specimens? I'd certainly like to see one up close for determination...

No we just
have the one, but our teacher has several that look to be different species, all very similar to this. I could probably send you one. Ill post the picture when I get a chance

This specimen
is fairly important if it is in fact
A. opaca
as there are no other specimens I know of from other than the far north....
