Looks like a stilt bug nymph...I'm not positive...check out and see for yourself

 
Huh?
The image you give as comparison is of a nymphal assassin bug in the genus Zelus. That is also what this person submitted here. (Stilt bugs are vegetarian, much smaller, and in the family Berytidae).
