Colorful, Tiny Cicadellid Nymph - Scaphytopius

Size: 3.4 mm
Glad I stopped to investigate this tiny orange sliver sitting on a leaf.

This is one of several hoppers I've taken on a big squash plant, but the plant is surrounded on three sides by mowed grass, and it possible some of these species are really grass dwellers.
