Microcentrum rhombifolium
This is a Greater angle-wing. It is a species of Katydid in the subfamily Phaneropterinae or False Katydids. Please keep posting, this is a very nice photo. If you want to learn more about Katydids look at this website, http://buzz.ifas.ufl.edu/katydids.htm .
