Small moth - Cryptaspasma bipenicilla

Small moth - Cryptaspasma bipenicilla
Tallahassee, Leon County, Florida, USA
October 2, 2012
Size: ~ 10mm
At outdoor light. Tried but couldn't place it.

Moved
Moved from Frass. Image rescued from Frass because the newly added image covers September and not October

Frassed
Moved from Cryptaspasma bipenicilla. Image replaced with another October image for Florida.

Cryptaspasma Moth - Hodges #2704.1
Moved from Moths.

:)

Moved
Moved from ID Request.

Interesting!
So, the image was moved, but there was no hint that the move was to Frass as I just discovered. Would a (wild) guess of a genus have saved it? Anyway, shouldn't you have written "Moved to Frass"? Just curious.
P,S. It just occurred to me that the reason may be the misspelling of Cydia as Clydia by Robert - so there really was no home for the image.

What are you Talking about?
It hasn't been moved to Frass. It's in Moths.

Senior moment?
I had looked at some rejects in Frass and came across this image but may have had switched to Moths in the meantime. It's in Moths, of course. I apologize. Thank you, Robert, for setting things, and me, straight.

LOL
Peter,
I have them often, particularly when ID'ing/moving 50-60 bugz a night. Sometimes I'll have one of those senior moments in the middle of moving an image and send it to the wrong place.
Robert

Try Clydia
Might be something in the neighborhood of a Filbertworm Moth

Interesting suggestion!
I looked at the posted Filbertworm moths in MPG and I certainly understand why you picked this species. Same type of moth but, unfortunately, it did not really click. However, there is much variation. Going up and down in MPG did not improve things. Perhaps someone very familiar with this "neighborhood" (a new one for me) can help, or the moth belongs elsewhere. Anyway, thank you for your input!
