Boxelder Bug Lookalike? - Leptoglossus occidentalis

Size: 1 inch long
A small bug I found crawling up my pants today. My coworker said that it was a Stink Bug, but I have never seen one that looks like this. Also, I have no idea what the small white objects on the head are. I figured they were either eggs or some sort of pest.

Western Conifer Seed Bug…
With what appears to be a few parasitic tachinid fly eggs attached.
