Tropisternus quadristriatus
I have specimens here from Florida that match what you have here. One of the key characteristics visible here are the completely pale (yellowish) tibiae and mostly pale femora. All other similar spp. in your area have mostly darkened or at least distinctly banded legs. A good find as the northernmost limit of its recorded range is MA. In the east, it is a coastal species found along the Atlantic seaboard all the way down to the Florida Keys.
